FPD Design Group has an extensive background in lcd display repair and specializes in the following:
- LCD Testing -batch testing of LCD's for display brokers or other companies that do not have in-house facilities for testing of the LCD's that they have purchased.
- Burn-in Testing -24 hour & 48 hour burn-in testing services.
- Backlight Replacement -replacement of broken, dim, or burnt-out backlights with new CCFL or LED backlights.
- Polarizer Replacement -replacement of the LCD polarizer for scratched displays.
- TAB Bonding/Replacement -fixing lines or other row & column driver related LCD problems.
- Anti-Reflective and Anti-Glare Coatings -proactively deal with ambient light concerns like glare and/or poor contrast through FPD's anti-reflective (similar to X-brite) and anti-glare coatings.
- CCFL Inverter Replacement -replace burnt-out and/or faulty CCFL inverters.
- Color Filter Replacement -replace warped or otherwise damaged color filters to reduce and/or elimate display distortions.
- NVIS filter replacement -replacement of broken, mis-aligned, or damanged NVIS filters.
- Touchscreen Repair/Replacement -repair of touchscreen cables and complete touchscreen assembly replacement.
