Return Policy

1. Any returned product requires an RMA number. This number must be
   clearly displayed on the box or package.
2. FPD Design will issue an RMA number within 3 business days from the
   receipt of the completed RMA form.
3. FPD Design must receive the returned product within seven business days
   from the date on which the RMA number was issued.
4. All RMA items must be returned in their original packaging. If you do
   not have the original packaging, please notify the RMA department when
   requesting an RMA number. We can provide this to you and a fee may apply.
5. FPD Design Group does not accept COD returns or 3rd party returns.
6. All warranties will be considered void if manufacturer serial numbers
   have been removed.
